As a leaseholder in Northwood Hall you should have already received a pack with your invitation to participate, your Application Form and a draft participation agreement, FAQs, and the Company's Articles of Association.

To join the Northwood Hall collective enfranchisement (freehold purchase) scheme, all you need to do is sign and return your Application Form.

How to return your Application Form

1. If you're in Northwood Hall please drop it into flat 4.3

2. If you're outside please post it to the Company address: Northwood Hall Freehold Ltd., 1 Hargrave Road, London N19 5SH​tel: 020 7272 1286

3. Alternatively please sign, scan and return the form by email.

If you require a replacement form, please contact us.

Once your application is accepted, you will receive a participation agreement complete with your personal details and costings, as well as your share certificate.
