Obviously, because it would affect the price in their favour and against us, Triplark would dearly love to know the detail of our financial appraisal, but for that reason it would not be helpful to the company to share it with them.
However, while we are not relying on any development in order to justify the enfranchisement (as we have said many times, we have no need to do so), we do have advice from experienced developers, architects and engineers.
Accordingly, when we enfranchise and if any development then becomes a real option, subject to the shareholders’ 75% prior approval, the company will take the appropriate steps.
Triplark has suggested that its rooftop development could be only single storey. But their current proposals involve a 2-storey addition.
