Maunder Taylor has already incurred substantial costs (of the order of £200,000 as per his estimate) in re-locating every single pipe-entry. On 23 May 2018, Maunder Taylor announced his intention to lay out a further £2.25 million in building the false ceilings and associated paraphernalia. The Manager has yet to provide the detailed breakdown of that figure.

 

We do not yet have a detailed cost plan of our scheme but we will not proceed to implement any work without getting both a detailed cost plan and the approval of a members’ resolution.
